Special... read more thanks to Chantaine and Lingling who provided our massages and did a wonderful job. Of note, the massages were in different rooms; we didn’t mind, but something to note if you are booking a couples massage and expecting to both be in the same room. They provided everything we needed, from slippers, robes, and bags to put our street clothes in to plastic bags to put our wet swimsuits in when leaving. Water and ginger tea were available in waiting area. They also provided insurance receipts for our massages. My bf and I fit comfortably during the float. We did knock into each other a little, but since we were floating that was to be expected. We did the Rainforest float and I felt like the lights were a bit bright and distracting but there was a button inside to adjust, so we turned them down. I have Raynaud’s and told the staff ahead of time. They cautioned us not to take a hot or even very warm shower before floating or the water would comparatively feel cold. We took lukewarm showers and the water temperature seemed perfect throughout the float. I never felt cold. My earplugs did fall out a few times so a tip to others to make sure they’re in properly before you start floating. A few other tips: - If you are someone that has been seasick before, try to eat something small before your float. I started to get hungry and that made me start feeling seasick about halfway through the float. - There will be salt everywhere on your body after you float. When your do your post-shower, make sure to gently scrub inside and around your ears as well as your hair. It will dry up and make you look dusty lol. - Compare the total on your confirmation with the price you’re given at the cash. I was almost charged taxes twice. I know this was not done maliciously. I am not sure if it’s because I booked online for a time that was not convenient for us and then emailed to see if other times were available (as per a note on their website, if you don’t see your preferred time they encourage you to contact them). When H20 Float called me about the email, the staff member I spoke to cancelled my original appt and re-booked us for a time that worked better. At the cash they seemed confused as to what package was booked and were going to add taxes to the total when I showed them my confirmation email from the online booking, which clearly showed taxes had already been added to that amount. Just something to be aware of. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this place!

First and foremost, the reduction in muscle pain I experienced after just one session was remarkable and I left feeling like a new person. What truly sets H2O Float Studio apart is their exceptional staff and friendly/warm service. On arrival we were greeted by the front desk staff who walked us through the float experience and answered all the questions we had (this being our first float, we had lots of questions). The second thing that struck out was the cleanliness of the space. The rooms with the float pods are also equipped with a shower, warm towels, bathrobes, earbuds (for the float experience) and clean sandals. The float rooms were very clean, and I felt completely at ease knowing that hygiene was taken seriously. The studio also has a space to get ready/dry your hair etc. after the service which was very convenient since we had some errands to complete after. Overall, our experience at H2O Float Studio was amazing. Not only did it provide much-needed relief for my back pain, but I also left feeling very calm and relaxed. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone seeking a holistic approach to wellness.

Massage therapist was lovely Blessie Gerundio was her name! She had strong yet soft pressure & she communicated at the right times to give you a chance to make some adjustments but also enjoy the peace & quiet. Front desk is always very welcoming no matter the staff. Enjoyed the take home tea & Epson salts gift at the end too. I haven’t seen that tea in a very long time it was a pleasant surprise!

Our first tandem float experience as a couple - we had no idea what to expect but we went on a Sunday morning with an open mind! We selected the... read more ocean float for the first time. The amenities are clean and well kept. The girls at the front are lovely and professional and provided us with instructions. We got our earplugs which we took home with us so we can re-use in a future experience. There are 3 main float pods in the facility and you get to change and shower before entering the float tank. The tanks are on the smaller end however both of us fit comfortably. I can see how it would be more difficult for larger individuals to do tandem floating. The instructions are to wash off with body wash and shampoo before entering the pod. You get this neck float pillow device which supports the head while you float. The pro-tip is that you have to fully relax and submerge your ears beneath the epsom bath or else you end up straining your neck. It took me about 20 minutes to fully adjust to the tank and I was then able to fully enjoy the floating and peaceful sounds playing in the background. We also tried turning off all the lights at the end and was still very peaceful and relaxing. At the end, you shower off and there are warm towels and bathrobes waiting. There is also a drying station outside the pods for you to rehydrate and dry off with the dyson hairdryer! All in all, we enjoyed it so much we got the 3 package float so we can return to try the sensory deprivation package. We were also told each float gets better each time. Excited to return.
